Returns Policy
Returns:
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not pleased for any reason please note that due to the nature of our products we can only accept returned goods that are unused and in the same condition that they were received in. They must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days. Refunds will be issued for the product only, not the postage unless you are returning the product as a result of our mistake.
If you do need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the return.
UK delivery costs
Delivery is charged as follows:
Orders with a value up to £70.00 £3.99 first class post
Orders over £70.00 free express delivery
Guaranteed next working day delivery is available. The cost will be calculated at checkout.
European delivery
Unfortunately we have reluctantly decided to suspend overseas delivery for the immediate future. We hope to resume deliveries soon.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders received by midday (Monday to Friday) on the same day. Orders received after midday will be dispatched on the next working day.
